Integrity vs. Despair: The Joys and Challenges of the Senior Years

Erik Erikson’s psychosocial stage for older adults guides us to consider how to support our clients in developing the experience of integrity rather than despair. This webinar will consider what contributes to the experience of integrity or despair at the interpersonal and societal level. 

Ethical Dilemmas in Working with Older Adults

This webinar will present valuable information to professionals working with families who have an elderly relative. Participants will learn practical methods to identify and analyze ethical dilemmas arising in the care of older adults.

Community Care of Consortium Meeting

The conversation will focus on priorities, initiatives, and opportunities impacting families. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in dialogue around current challenges, emerging needs, and strategies to strengthen supports for children, youth, and families statewide. 

Opioid Overdose: Risk, Response and Reduction

Despite a decrease in opioid overdose deaths, this remains a significant problem. Participants will examine risk factors associated with opioid-related harms including overdose.  Participants will also review the signs of an overdose and the critical response to one. This course provides an overview of the Overdose Prevention Act, MOUD & diversion. 

Disability Equity

This workshop highlights the physical and social barriers People with Disabilities (PWD) may experience in workplaces, schools, with providers, and in public settings. Participants will discuss disability etiquette and how to build a more inclusive environment.

The 30-week program seeks to help teenagers learn about the inner workings of business and help turn their entrepreneurial ideas into real companies.
